Please use this form to share with the Foundation the results of your grant. You will have the opportunity to upload photos and pdf documents within this report. You will not be able to upload videos. However, if you would like to send videos or any work samples that you are not able to upload, please either email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or send via interoffice mail to the Foundation for West Hartford Public Schools. As a reminder, if you are a named grant recipient, please consider sending the donor a note and providing them with a work sample or a few photographs of your grant in action.
