Cooking Up The Curriculum

Hunter Morton Executive Chef at Max Oyster Bar is generously donating one hour a week for the entire school year working with grades 1-5. Students will work on life skills of reading recipes following directions and sequencing steps. Students will write recipe reviews and compile recipes into a cookbook that will be shared with the entire school. Cooking tips will be broadcast via the schools daily video announcements periodically recipes written by students will be shared with parents through the school newsletter and website.
