Papasavas Family Grant: In-School Dragon Parade Celebrating Lunar New Year for Multicultural Community

This grant will allow Conard High School to purchase essential materials to be used in the school dragon parade celebrating the Lunar New Year. This grant will also fund a day-long workshop led by a local Wushu master, teaching students the art of dragon dancing. The dragon parade benefits students by allowing them to participate in an immersive, hands-on activity that fosters cultural understanding and appreciation of diversity. It benefits the school and exemplifies the Foundation’s mission to enhance and enliven the learning experience.
