Webster Hill is committed to honoring the cultural backgrounds of our students and we have worked hard to do so in various ways. Most recently, through the generous support of the Foundation , we have built a section in our school library with books in the home languages of students. Seeing the enthusiasm of our students and families has inspired this grant which is meant to update the books we have on the countries themselves. Our students and families will most certainly pour over these new informational texts as they reminisce about where they've come from while other students become increasingly aware and invested in the cultures of their friends as part of our compassionate, culturally responsive learning community fostered here.
