“On The Road With A Pre-K Load” will allow forty eight Pre-Kindergarten children from Webster Hill Elementary School to explore the natural world around them by traveling out into their community, visiting The Pickin Patch, Moscarillo’s Garden Shoppe and Elizabeth Park. Westmoor Park will also provide two in-school sessions with animals for the children to visit up close. All of these amazing trips and visits will allow young learners the opportunity to make real world connections. They will enhance language development, reinforce scientific concepts and develop a greater understanding of the world in which they live. All of the experiences are authentic and hands-on. They will enrich our curriculum and lay the foundation for a strong understanding of the natural world around them.
