This grant funds the implementation of a document camera in Wolcott’s third and fourth grade classrooms, offering students an additional means for learning. The document camera will enable the students to view a document on the Smart Board as a class. The students will have the opportunity to interactively complete an assignment as a class. The immediate use of the document is essential without the need to input a document into the computer. Additional uses of the document camera include the use for raw student work. For teaching purposes, student work could immediately be displayed to provide the class with modeled examples.
