Red Supreme Production’s hip-hop workshop is a weeklong artist in residence program that aims to teach students about various aspects of hip-hop culture and dance. Grades K through 5 at Braeburn Elementary School will benefit from this program. The workshops will begin on a Monday, ensuring that each class works with the artist twice during the week, supplemented by their Art and Music class time. Educating students about hip-hop culture and dance while also teaching them about making healthy lifestyle choices supports all grade levels in meeting the overall physical education objectives for the year and support Standards 2,3 and 4 of National Standards of Physical Education.
