A’ric Jackson is known as “The Dream Achiever.” When he speaks to middle schoolers at Sedgwick Middle School, he will deliver a high-energy, impassioned performance focused presentation on how students can dream big and then make those dreams happen. He doesn’t just offer a philosophical look at dreams, but offers concrete strategies that students can begin to implement that very day. Students will learn a variety of strategies to set goals in their lives and to better self-assess and self-monitor their own progress. This supports our building initiatives to instill leadership values for each student to better set goals and achieve them, as well as examine their accountability and responsibility to themselves and to their community.
