Social Emotional Learning Through Music will be offered to PreK classes. Instructors from ctmusictherapy.com will come into the school and provide weekly 30 minute classes to each Pre K class. Content area will include finding and maintaining a steady beat, finding and staying in our personal space, learning the difference between beat and rhythm, the differences in voice sounds, and an introduction to the sounds of some specific instruments. These classes will be offered to classes which do not currently have music as part of the Pre K curriculum.
