Micro Businesses in the 21st Century 90% of adults with autism and other disabilities are unemployed. State funding for programs for students with significant needs upon graduation at 21 is in jeopardy each year. This project seeks to partner students with and without disabilities to work together to create micro-businesses that could potentially follow each student with a disability into adulthood. In addition, we are looking to partner with West Hartford businesses and beyond to open doors that will support our students' future employment.
