Although letting a mad scientist loose among the fifth grade may sound like it would be nothing but trouble, it really could MATTER in the long run. During an in-residence workshop, Mad Science of New England will share their mad scientist's knowledge with Whiting Lane Elementary School students to further the fifth graders' understanding of the properties of matter. Under the scientist's guidance, the students will have a hands-on experience as they explore molecules, the properties of matter, as well as physical and chemical changes. This program has all the elements that matter!
