In honor of Margot Goldstein’s 90th Birthday Grant:One Book, One School

Students at Aiken Elementary school will participate in a school wide book club through the One School, One Book program. This is a program where all students, families, and staff members read the same book at the same time. This will not only help to promote literacy collaboration between the school and current families, but will also help to address the Common Core Reading standards throughout the K-5 curriculum. The culminating event will take place with a school wide assembly, that not only highlights the book that was read, but will also serve as a platform to kick off summer reading.
