James M. Ellis Memorial Grant: Third Grade Makerspace

Once a month, Wolcott Elementary School third-grade students will participate in Makerspace. Our grade level makerspace will be a collaborative work activity in our cafeteria. We will make, create, learn, explore, collaborate and share. Makerspace helps to prepare students in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). This will project will provide hands-on learning, help with critical thinking skills and boost self-confidence.
