The School Biology/Environmental Science staff and the Intensive Academic (IA) staff have been partnering in developing a career pathway in the area of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources. This project focuses on teaching students valuable lessons in composting food and garden waste through the use of worm composting stations. The ultimate goal of this project will be to establish a micro business selling worm castings and worm juice to local gardeners. This project will enhance the curriculum alignment which exists between Hall High and the post secondary program and Auer Farm Greenhouse. The first year of the project focused on start up and the creation of a quality product.
