O'Meara Real Estate Group Grant: "Think Ahead" Learning About Louise Duffy

The "Think Ahead" grant will provide money for the author of Life in West Hartford (2018), Tracey Wilson to be a Historian-in-Residence for fourth grade teachers and students at Duffy Elementary. The history lessons are all built around the person for whom their school is named, Louise Duffy. Dr. Wilson will provide primary sources, including photographs, news articles, and an abridged legislative hearing testimony to find out more about Mrs. Duffy.
