Thomas Ford Memorial Grant: Hip Hop Dimensions - An Experience in Dancing Our Way to Building Teamwork

This in residence grant brings Austin Dailey and his company, Red Supreme Productions, to Duffy Elementary School to provide the entire school with educational, fun and inspiring workshops during a week-long visit. Students will be educated on the history, culture, foundation and the dance styles of Hip Hop. In addition, students will have opportunities to explore new and varied ways of thinking about dance, movement and music. At the end of the week, there will be a school wide performance that will showcase what the students have learned.
